- The photo and video files you send us to build or manage a website.
- Usage data collected automatically on cavmir.com: pages visited, browser and device type, referring URL.

- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To build, edit and manage the websites we produce for clients.

Cookies and consent
On cavmir.com we use cookies to understand how visitors use the site, gated by a consent banner you can accept or decline. You may also disable cookies in your browser. This delivery-standard page sets no cookies.
Service providers
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for third-party marketing. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality — including our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), our email provider, and, for our optional AI assistant on cavmir.com, our AI providers (Anthropic and Cloudflare).
Retention
We keep client files and correspondence only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete them on request. AI-assistant transcripts on cavmir.com are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) we do not sell or share personal information. Visitors in the European Union (GDPR) and Brazil (LGPD) have the equivalent rights.
